IMPORTANT: Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind or change of personal circumstances. Please make sure that you include in your message your child's full name, their current class, a detailed description of the refund you require and the reason(s) you require this (i.e. John Smith, class Y3 Purple, would like to request a refund for cricket club as the day has changed and John already attends Football club). Refunds must be approved by the appropriate individual and are subject to terms set by the school or the 3rd party provider.
