We have PE on a Wednesday. Please come to school in your PE kit on this day. Our PE kit is our school kit (available from the school office) and black pumps. 

Homework will be set on Seesaw on a Friday and should be completed by the following Wednesday. Codes for Seesaw have been sent home so you can access this. If you have any questions about this please ask. 

Reading books will be changed weekly through the children’s Read Write Inc Phonics lesson. These will normally be given on a Friday and are to be returned the following Friday for a new book. Please ensure these come back to school. 

In Year 1 developing skills in writing, spelling and reading is key this year so to support your child at home, any chance to practice these skills would be amazing! We would love to see your childs progress with any home learning so feel free to tweet about it and don't forget to tag us!
